    Arthritis may be the oldest known ailment on the earth.Close to 40 million Americans have it,Arthritis is very common, “arthritis” is not a single disease, it is an informal way of referring to joint pain or joint disease.Arthritis is an inflammation of the joints. It can affect one joint or multiple joints.
    There are more than 100 different types of arthritis and related conditions. People of all ages, sexes and races can and do have arthritis, and it is the leading cause of disability in America. Because of Arthritis a person feels a significant amount of the stress and pain you feel in your spinal column, knees, hips, ankles and feet.What we are going to tell you is how to bring about pain relief without getting a prescription filled or making a trip to the doctor. there's a lot you can do on your own, at home, without a lot of expensive equipment or pain or risk. So let's get started.(Unless otherwise noted, the following tips are helpful for all types of Arthritis.

    Arthritis Home Remedies
    1. Mix 5 to 10 drops each of eucalyptus and peppermint oil. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil  Massage your joints with this oil  twice in a day.  

    2.Take a three teaspoon lemon juice and one teaspoon honey and add it in a  glass of warm water then mix it properly. Drink it twice a day to detox your body.(Don't add honey if you are Diabetic)

    3.Drink tomato juice daily it is very helpful for arthritis patient.

    4.Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of warm milk mix it properly and drink it every day before taking breakfast. 5.Take a ginger and peel it off then slice it and eat raw ginger  along with each meal daily.
    6.Take 6 teaspoons of caraway seeds, 6 teaspoons of dried ginger, and 3 teaspoons of black pepper and grind it properly ,Consume 1/2 teaspoon of this mixture with water three times every day.

    7. Take a ginger and peel it off then slice it then add it in 1 cup mustard oil then heat this mixture for 50 second Allow it to cool down and then massage your joints gently with this warm oil.  

    8.In a pan, take 1 cup of mustard oil and add 10 gram of camphor. Heat the oil until the camphor is liquefied completely. Allow it to cool down and then massage your joints gently with this warm oil.

    9.In a pan, take 1/2 cup of mustard oil and add 3-4 cloves of garlic. Heat the oil until the garlic turns into red color. Allow it to cool down and then massage your joints gently with this warm oil.

    10. Take a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds and Soak it in clean water for the whole night. Next morning, remove the water and eat the seeds empty stomach. ( if you are Diabetic Patient keep checking you diabetes after every 3 days because this remedy also help in controlling diabetes) 11.Take a onion and peel it off then slice it and eat raw onion  along with each meal daily.

    12.Take some carrot and grate it then squeeze some lemon juice into it and consume it in a raw form. 13.Take a cup of warm water and add  one teaspoon apple cider vinegar and honey in it.Drink this Mixturedaily in the morning.(Don't add honey if you are Diabetic)
    14.Take 500 mg to 1,000 mg turmeric capsules three times per day daily.
    15. Take Epsom salt and fresh lemon juice in equal amounts and add it into half a cup of warm water. Swallow one teaspoon of the mixture twice daily, one in the morning and one at night.
    16. Take 1 tablespoon of honey and one-half teaspoon of cinnamon powder and add it into a a cup of warm water. Consume this mixture every morning on an empty stomach for a couple of days.(Don't add honey if you are Diabetic).

    17.Take 1 – 2 teaspoons of fish oil and consume it on an empty stomach in the morning every day.

    18.Take 1 tablespoon of honey and one-half teaspoon of cinnamon powder, make a paste of it and rub it gently on the affected area .

      19.Take 1 teaspoon of alfalfa seeds and add it  in a cup of boiling water. Simmer the mixture and let it stand for 20 – 30 minutes. Strain, and drink this tea two times a day for 2 to 3 weeks.

      20.Consuming Alfafa Capsules everyday is also beneficial.

    21. Consuming Magnesium Capsules everyday is also beneficial.

    22.Consuming 1 teaspoon of borage seed oil everyday is also beneficial.

    23.Take 3 tablespoon of green gram and Soak it in water for a night. Next morning, drain off the water and add 2 crushed garlic to green gram. Add a pinch of salt and pepper for taste  then eat it two times a day.

    24.Take some black sesame seeds and soak it in a cup of water overnight. Next morning, drink this water along with the soaked seeds.
    25.Consume Apple Juice ,Pineapple juice ,carrot juice everyday is also beneficial..
