1.Restrict salt intake and drink plenty of fluids(at least 8-10 glasses of water daily). It is very effective for High Blood Pressure.
2.Have a single pod garlic(lahsun),one pod first thing every morning or if this is not available, have 1-2 cloves of ordinary garlic(lasan).If you get discomfort with having garlic first thing in the morning,swallow 2 cloves twice a day with water,anytime or with meals.
3.Mix 1 teaspoon honey,1 teaspoon ginger(adrak) juice and 1 teaspoon cumin (jeera) powder.Have twice a day.

11.Eat one or two bananas daily.
12.Mix one-half teaspoon each of onion juice and honey and take it twice a day for one to two weeks.
13.Every morning on an empty stomach drink 90 ml of warm water mixed with 2 tsp honey and juice from one half lemon.
14.Mix one teaspoon each of honey and ginger juice with two teaspoons of cumin seed powder. Eat it twice a day.

19. Juice made out of beets or radishes are the best form of the vegetables, in lowering blood pressure. Drink a glass of blended beets or radishes juice, daily.
20.Drink 8 ounces of organic coconut water, 1-3 times a day. The effects are weight based, so if you are on the heavier side, drink more coconut water (3 times a day).
