1. Take ¼ teaspoon mustard seeds and 1 tablespoon water. Add mustard seeds in water. Soak it for one hour and then drink that water 2 or 3 times a day to get rid of loose stools.
2. Take juice from one full lemon, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar . Add salt ,sugar in a lemon juice mix it well drink this juice every hour.
