Home Remedies For Weight Loss Causes Symptoms Treatment and Diet

1. A  Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water.Consume it every morning empty stomach for atleast 2-3 month daily.

2.  Extract the juice of ginger and add 2 tbsp in a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of honey to the juice. Mix it well and Consume it twice a day daily .

3. Take a teaspoon of cumin seeds and boil them in water. Strain the cumin water.Consume it every morning empty stomach for atleast 2-3 month daily.

4.  Mix two teaspoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. Consume it every morning empty stomach for atleast 2-3 month daily.

5. Mix lemon juice with honey and water.Drink a glass of this every morning.

6.  Eat 10 fresh,fully grown curry leaves (curry patta) every morning  for 3 to 4 months.

7.  Eat Raw tomato or tomato juice before breakfast.

8. Drink about three to four cups of green tea daily.

9.  Chew one or two garlic cloves if you can,every morning.

10.  Consuming lemon juice with luke warm water, green tea and 8 km of walking is best way to decrease body weight.

11.  Slightly dry roast and grind fennel seeds. Sieve the powder. Take one-half teaspoon of this powder twice daily with warm water.

12. Take a cup of hot water and add one-half teaspoon of cinnamon powder or cinnamon sticks. Let it steep for half an hour and consume it regularly.

13. Take a handful of Indian plum leaves or jujube leaves and soak it in water overnight. Remove the water in the morning and eat these leaves on an empty stomach.  Consume it every morning empty stomach for atleast 1 month daily.

14.Consuming 4 to 5 leaves of dandelion in the form of tea daily for atleat 1-2 months.

15.Sprinkle Cinnamon powder on your daily breakfast,salad, dinner etc.

16.Add Cinnamon in ginger tea or green tea or coffee.

17.Making a habit taking fruit juice or tea without sugar keeps you fit and away from fats which causes weight gain.

18.Add 2 tsp Dried sage in a cup and pour the 8 Ounces warm water over it, let the leaves steep for 5 minutes, strain the liquid and drink 1 to 2 times every day.

19.Take one glass glass of water (not too cold) then mix Ispaghol 2 tbsp,honey 1 tbsp,kalwanji 1/4 tsp,juice of half lemon,black pepper 1/4 tsp, apple cider 1 tsp,chilli sauce and 2-3 mint leaves in water and drink 6 times a day.

20.Take a Chopped 1 tsp American or Korean Ginseng in a cup and pour 8 Ounces of boiling water over it, allow it to steep for 10 minutes. Strain the liquid, add lemon juice or honey, mix it well and Consume it 1 or 2 times daily.
