Home Remedies for Jaundice Causes Symptoms & Diet

1.Mash a ripe banana along with 1 tablespoon honey and eat twice a day for a few days. After all it is very beneficial for jaundice patient.

2.Frequently  drink lemon juice.

3.Take 1/4 teaspoon tumeric (haldi) along with a glass of hot water 2 or 3 times daily.

4. 1/4 teaspoon ginger juice with 1 teaspoon each fresh lime and mint (pudina) juice mixed with a tablespoon of honey , taken frequently.

5. Finely grained some bel leaves.Take 1 teaspoon of this paste along with a pinch of black pepper and follow it with 1 cup of buttermilk thrice a day.

6.A fine paste of tender papaya leaves,about 1/2 teaspoon paste,is taken with some water.

7.Make a fine powder of 1 teaspoon each of crushed liquorice (mulethi) root, chicory seeds(kaasani) and rock salt(kala namak).root .Take 1/2 teaspoon with water twice daily.

8. Wash 3-4 tender leaves of peepal tree.Grind the leaves to a paste with a little sugar or mishri.Mix the paste in 1 glass of water and then strain through a fone cloth,Have it twice a day for 3-7 days.

9. Take a glass of butter milk (lassi) with a pinch of  black pepper (kali mirch).

10.Mix 1 teaspoon of glucose powder in a cup of water.Have it 3 times a day morning,afternoon and night.

11.Have a juice of poodina with a little sugar early morning.after all it is very beneficial for jaundice patient

16. Add a couple of teaspoons of oregano to a cup of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for about ten minutes and then strain. Consume this regularly

17.Prepare a fine paste using tender papaya leaves and take about half teaspoon of this paste along with water.

18.Eat fresh radishes, especially black radishes every morning for two weeks.

19.Add some pepper and salt to fresh tomato juice and drink every morning.

20.Drink coconut water twice or thrice daily. It not only clears the urine but also reduces body heat.
