-Stand erect, interlocking the hands.

-Inhale deeply and simultancously raise both the heels and the interlocked hands.

-Be in the posture with inner retention for a few seconds.

-Then bring down the raised heels and your hands. Exhale, This is one round of Tada Asana.

This is to be done to ensure proper functioning of the body, particularly blood circulation, which should read just to normal conditions.

After completing Tada Asana, do Shava Asana without fail.

Benefits of Tada Asana -Yoga and Exercise

– By the action of gravity, the brain receives a richer supply of blood at a somewhat increased pressure. This results in dilation of capillaries and also opens capillaries that are blocked.

Precautions for Tada Asana -Yoga and Exercise

This Asana has to be performed very carefully otherwise, the practitioner may fall and hurt his body. This should never be attempted without the proper guidance of an expert.

Person suffering from high blood pressure and heart ailments should not perform this Asana.

Disadvantages of Tadasana

1- Tadasan should not be done by people who have too much pain in their knee.

2- Tadasana should not be done to a pregnant woman.

3- This yoga should not be used when you have a headache.

4- If you are learning to do this asana, then do not do this yoga practice by coming to the fingers of the feet.

5- Even if the blood pressure is more or less, this should not be avoided.
